The PRP, through the Fund to Support Teaching, Research and Extension (FAEPEX), has just launched the “More Women in Research” Call for Proposals, an innovative initiative that aims to stimulate the internationalization of the institution's professors and researchers, strengthening collaboration with researchers from foreign institutions and favoring the articulation of new international cooperation networks led by women.
With a total budget of R$400, the call for proposals will offer financial support of up to R$40 per approved proposal. The funds will be exclusively allocated to mobility and accommodation for Unicamp researchers at universities outside Brazil, and may also include postdoctoral researchers and doctoral students.
Key points of the notice:
- Submission period: 15/04/2025 to 16/06/2025
- Eligibility: exclusively for faculty and researchers who identify as women
- Execution period: 24 months
- Minimum period of stay abroad: one week
- Start of activities abroad: from September 2025
Proposals must include the development of at least one joint research project between researchers from both institutions, to be submitted to funding agencies in Brazil or abroad.
The results will be released from August 2025.
