Final report

All PIBIC/PIBITI scholarship recipients and volunteers participating in the PICV program must submit the Final Activity Report, covering the period from March to August, on the date specified in... calendarincluding in cases where the link with the program is canceled before the end of its validity period.

The submission will be exclusively online, through the Student Area.

Upon submission, the Vice-Rectorate for Research will send a reminder email to students and advisors.

Failure to submit the Final Activity Report within the program's rules and deadlines, as well as its rejection, may result in the complete cancellation of the research grant and the return of funds, in the case of scholarship recipients.

Guidelines

  • Content: the Final Activity Report should contain a summary of the results obtained, comprising the activities foreseen in the schedule originally forwarded with the Research Project.
  • Report format: Paragraph spacing should be single, and the font type is a matter of personal choice. The report will be reviewed online by the advisory team, therefore the chosen formatting should be easy to view and read.
  • File format: the report must be in PDF format.
  • Size: it is recommended that the Final Report has a maximum of 20 pages, including bibliography and annexes.
  • Students from other Higher Education Institutions must attach their Academic Transcript at the end of the report.

After receiving the report and opinions from the responsible advisor, it will be submitted to the Advisory Committee for analysis.

The evaluation report will be forwarded to the advisor for their information or appropriate action, if necessary.
