Intended for scholarship recipients undertaking undergraduate research and internships, this statement certifies that undertaking the internship will not affect the student's dedication to academic and research activities.
The statement must contain the signatures and identification details of both the advisor and the student.
The fully completed and signed declaration must be delivered to the program's secretariat at the Pro-Rectorate for Research (Rectorate Building I) or sent to the email address... pibic@unicamp.br Scanned, digitized, or digitally signed, within the same month the internship or scholarship begins. (See rule 9.5.1 of the current Notice).
Intended for scholarship recipients and volunteers who will be carrying out academic mobility activities during the duration of their Scientific/Technological Initiation research project. (see rule 9.7.4 of the current Call for Proposals).
Once the student's approval to participate in the academic mobility activity is confirmed, they must send the completed and signed declaration (preferably via SIGAD) to the email address provided. pibic@unicamp.br.

Scholarship cancellations must be requested by the 10th of the month in question. In December, cancellations can be requested until the 5th.
