Each exhibitor will present their work ONLY on the date referring to the area chosen at the time of registration.

When registering, the exhibiting student must choose between 5 areas: Arts, Humanities, Biological, Exact or Technological. The works in each area will be presented on ONLY one of the days (October 22 or 23 or 24, 2025), as informed in the schedule above.

(Except PIBIC-EM – High School students, who must submit their work exclusively on 23/10/2025)

All exhibiting students must attend UNICAMP's Multidisciplinary Gym, on the day of their presentation, starting at 13:00 pm, for posting of posters and accreditation. Exhibitors will also be responsible for removing posters within 15 minutes after the end of the event. The organization of the Congress will not be responsible for posters that may not be removed by exhibitors.

It will be of great value for all enrolled students and advisors to participate in the event's activities during the three days of its realization, to visit other works, interacting with exhibitors and exploring the plurality of research at our University.

The opening ceremony and lectures will be open to the public, as well as the exhibition of works. Undergraduate and Graduate students are exempt from their regular academic activities, as provided for in the DAC school calendar.

Schedule summary for registrants

  1. Accreditation and posting of a poster, in a specific location, at UNICAMP's Multidisciplinary Gym;
  2. Lecture at the UNICAMP Convention Center;
  3. Poster session at UNICAMP Multidisciplinary Gym;
  4. End of the event (detect the badge's barcode), at UNICAMP's Multidisciplinary Gym.

THE GRANTING OF THE CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION WILL BE CONDITIONED TO THE ATTENDANCE AND STAY AT THE POSTER SESSION.
