Scientific Initiation Congress

Each exhibitor will present their work ONLY on the date corresponding to the area chosen during registration.

At the time of registration, the exhibiting student must choose from 5 areas: Arts, Humanities, Biological, Exact or TechnologicalThe work from each area will be presented on ONLY one of the days (October 21, 22, or 23, 2026).

(Except for students in the PIBIC-EM – High School program, who must present their work exclusively on October 22, 2026)

All exhibiting students must be present at the UNICAMP Multidisciplinary Gymnasium on the day of their presentation, starting at 13:00 PM, for poster setup and registration. Exhibitors are also responsible for removing their posters within 15 minutes of the event's conclusion. The Congress organizers will not be held responsible for posters that are not removed by those responsible.

The participation of all registered students and advisors in the event's activities, during its three days, is of great importance. In addition to showcasing the presented work, this experience fosters interaction among researchers and exposure to the wide diversity of research being conducted at our University.

The opening ceremony and lectures will be open to the public, as will the exhibition of student work. Undergraduate and graduate students are excused from their regular academic activities, as outlined in the DAC academic calendar.

Program summary for registered participants:

1. Accreditation and posting of a poster, in a specific location, at UNICAMP's Multidisciplinary Gym;
2. Lecture at the UNICAMP Convention Center;
3. Poster session at UNICAMP Multidisciplinary Gym;
4. End of the event (detect the badge's barcode), at UNICAMP's Multidisciplinary Gym.

THE GRANTING OF THE CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION WILL BE CONDITIONED TO THE ATTENDANCE AND STAY AT THE POSTER SESSION.
