In partnership with the Municipality of Campinas, the CAFin Program aims to awaken young talents to scientific research and artistic activities and to involve them, from an early age, in practical activities (workshops) related to the current challenges of science and art within the research environment in laboratories, under the supervision of Unicamp professors/researchers.
The CAFin Program lasts 1 week and takes place during the month of July.
90 vacancies are offered to students in the 8th and 9th grade of elementary school in the Municipal Network of Campinas.

The CAFin Program received, in its 7th edition, 90 elementary school students from 31 schools in the Campinas municipal network for knowledge and development of research activities in Unicamp laboratories under the supervision of university professors and researchers, through workshops and monitored visits.
