The research and innovation network must consist of at least one Executing ICT based in the Legal Amazon region, one Co-Executing ICT based in the Legal Amazon region in a state different from the Executing ICT, and one Public Service Organization (PSO) based in the Legal Amazon region. More robust arrangements, with institutions located in more than one state, are encouraged. FAPESP will support the São Paulo-based researcher with a Regular Grant.
