Through Resolution CEPE-A-001/2024, on 06/02/2024, the Support Program for the Management of Large Thematic Research Centers was created, under the coordination of the Dean of Research, which aims to complement the operating infrastructure of the installed projects.
The Program is made up of three support subprograms:
- Postdoctoral Scholarship Subprogram in Research Management (PPDG) which aims to meet the need for research of the major thematic centers, with three modalities: Education Management and Knowledge Dissemination, Technology Transfer and Innovation Management and Executive Project Management.
- Higher Level Technical Support Subprogram (ProATS) aims to meet the needs of higher education professionals to work and operate equipment installed in large research centers.
- Infrastructure Support Subprogram (InfraPeq) aims to finance the recovery or improvement of existing facilities, as well as adaptations to spaces to meet new demands at two research centers.
A Resolution CCP-002/2024, of 07/08/2024, provides for the criteria and requirements for framing purposes of Large Research Projects (Thematic Research Centers and Large Multi-User Equipment Centers) in the Support Program for Large Thematic Research Centers.
A – Mentoring in Research Management
Mentoring consists of a series of meetings aimed at discussing topics relevant to research management. These activities are part of the Postdoctoral Sub-Program in Research Management (PPDG).

Workshop on Mentoring Program in Research Management, held on November 8, 2024 at the Inova Auditorium. The objective of the event was to discuss the topics of Metaresearch and Research Management with a view to improving the Postdoctoral Program in Research Management (PPDG)

Workshop with international mentoring in Design Thinking “From research to management: challenges for Research Centers”, held on December 18, 2024 at the CPV Auditorium. The event is part of the actions of Inova Unicamp, together with Unicamp Scientific and Technological Park and Technology-Based Business Incubator (Incamp), both under the management of Inova, to empower the university community on topics related to innovation and entrepreneurship and also part of the PRP Mentoring Program for Post-Doc fellows in Research Management.

Innovate in Action – Knowledge Trail
We are pleased to inform you that applications for the second edition of the qualification program are now open. Innovate in Action: Knowledge Trail are open!
This program, carried out by the Innovation Agency Inova Unicamp in partnership with the National Institute of
Industrial Property (INPI), offers an opportunity for professional improvement in several areas, from the fundamentals of patents to the formatting of science and technology-based companies.
The course is completely free and consists of three modules:
- Module I: Offered by INPI, in distance learning format (EAD).
- Modules II and III: Offered by Inova Unicamp, in person (at Educorp) on the Unicamp campus in Barão Geraldo.
To register, interested parties must follow these steps:
- Access to Official Site of the course: https://www.inova.unicamp.br/inovaemacao-trilha/ and express interest in participating.
- Complete the registration form that will be sent by email, indicating the area of activity, the Unit to which you are associated and other information relevant to the selection.
- Wait for Inova Unicamp to send you further information by email, so that you can complete the second stage of registration, which must be done on the INPI Course Platform starting on March 12th.
Registration will be open until 31th of March and the first part of the registration can now be done.
